I want to understand your goals, your lifestyle, and your challenges before offering nutritional advice and helping you develop a plan to address your needs and start you on your way to a healthier way of eating.
Welcome Back! This session is for individuals who have already met with me in an initial session and have decided they could use some additional coaching or have a new concern they would like to discuss.
When you decide it’s time to live a healthier lifestyle, you’re likely to get better long-term results if you participate with a group attempting to achieve similar results. I can lead a discussion on basic nutrition for a group. Five participants required.
In this session, I'll teach you a system that will make meal planning, grocery list making, and meal preparing a snap. No more staring into the pantry, refrigerator, or freezer hoping for inspiration for a meal or, worse yet, having an inspiration for a great meal only to discover you're lacking key ingredients. And best yet, you won't be tied to a rigid schedule. Instead, you'll have 7 meals to choose from with the ingredients readily available.
An organized kitchen is a practice, not a project. Preparing good meals should be as fun as eating them. Not only is having to search for items when cooking not fun, it decreases the likelihood of maintaining desired changes. Having a well stocked, organized kitchen seems trivial, yet it is just one more system that can be put into place when trying to reach and maintain a goal. If you feel you need to organize your kitchen, but don't know where to start, this session is for you.
Don't let the name of this session scare you. It's not really about purging your pantry of all you have in it. What it is about is helping you identify which foods in your pantry (and refrigerator) that will help you reach your goals and which ones will make your goals harder (and possibly impossible) to achieve.
Let's face it, with all the promises and confusing hype from the food industry, it's difficult to walk through a grocery store and know what is truly healthy. "Low fat", "reduced sugar", "gluten-free",...on and on. For this session, I will meet you at the grocery store where you shop. We'll walk through the store together, using the store itself, as our classroom to discuss what all the labels and hype really mean..
This session will alleviate any fears you have about having to spend hours in the kitchen in order to prepare healthy meals. I will show you how easily and quickly you can put together meals that will have your family thinking you took cooking lessons from Gordon Ramsay himself.
After reviewing the different sessions, have you decided you need it all? No problem, we can do that. This package includes an initial coaching session, menu building session, kitchen organization session, pantry purge session, shopping session, and meal prep session, and five 1-hr coaching sessions - all on a schedule determined by you. There is no time frame, no cut off date.
